It looks like you have an AC signal (i.e. a high impedance therefore harmless but annoying mains supply signal) on your ground [earth] connection.

You can try moving your equipment back to where it was to see if that gets rid of it. Otherwise contact a knowledgeable electrician to find a suitable solution.
