Telecom/Networkers must spend more to get higher speed access to the US public. We've seen some of the early players move dramatically in the past month. As more spending is announced, I think we'll see companies like JNPR gain traction. I think you've got a very good choice for 2013. I wouldn't expect to find lightning in a bottle with them but they are relatively cheap if one looks beyond next year..... JMO
