This is more business-as-usual evidence of the old economy. Hollywood isn't taking a leap with Apple, and maybe never will.

Disney is widely believed to be a very friendly partner to Apple and they have shown as much in the past with their actions. If Apple is coming out with an Apple HDTV, they need content and it was assumed that they would have no problem getting content from Disney.

So, the "business-as-usual" appears to be off the mark. There has been no evidence of any worsening relationship with Apple and it appeared that Disney was ready to embrace what Apple had to offer. So, "exclusivity", could just mean exclusive to streaming content like Netflix does and not exclusivity to the content per se.
