Couldn't Apple have designed one by now (I am not an engineer so I don't know how hard that would be to accomplish). If Nokia could design the 920T, why couldn't Apple design a Mobile specific iPhone? I just think Mobile doesn't care about the iPhone like other telecoms, due to its number of subscribers.
