They made then 48c excluding one time charges and made 1.6B revs. If you derate the earnings by 10% to get 44c the revenues should have been around 1.45B assuming the same other costs. I think if they make 1.2B then there is a part revenue problem there as well. If there is no merger charge to be applied for this quarter, then to get a flat earning they will have a very significant inventory cleanup charge to their earnings and I have a strong suspicion that the margins may be under squeeze. Whatever it is, COMS is not clearly saying whatthe problems are. Somebody with a better handle on their income statement can comment better.
