It seems like those shares sold to the institutions at $28 are not reflected in the daily volume. I don't think I see enough volume above $28 to account for 3M shares. I don't understand the institutions either. Why can't they buy on the open market now at a lower price than the secondary? Is this the reason why investment in mutual funds produce such lousy return?
