Gary: Well, I'll hazzard a post. I am wondering if the increased cost at the Albino is related more to the need to make a good impression on the Venezuelans than to prepare for increased production. I believe that the company has been careful to perform their reclaimation work and to hire just as many of the local miners as possible. This type of approach could pay dividends down the road.
