Well put by Steady T: You apparently did not read the company's reply to the SEC charges. Furthermore you have not seen JBI's rebuttal to the SEC allegations. For some reason you seem to be taking the SEC case filings as gospel truth without consideration that JBI even has a defense. =============== The company's reply was much more fact-filled and logic-driven than what a single lawyer at a local SEC office wrote, who made a gross mathematical error in the complaint, and suddenly no longer even works there. The notion that media credits valuation was used in the manner accused is idiotic which is why the case is all but dead. 41 PRs 3 CCs 1 AGM, and.... 0 mention of media credits valuation? Fraud my ass.
