But he does know the theories as any NASA scientist knows, i just published a post here from Virginia Research center yesterday...part of what defines intelligence is problem solving, finding the right keys that fit the solution, this happens at the chemical level all the time .

Part of intelligence is also forming reasonable hypothesis (rather than having none), they are working on it as we speak.
