Paul was responding to a post that I wrote long ago.

I took a small position in FRD. I look for small cap dividend paying stocks. I do not know much about steel. But when I looked it seemed that their specialized steel making was not so subject to cyclical demand, and that management kept a focus on making money.

They seem to be staying on track.
