Good question. I got out a while ago. My guess is that it's a mixture between three things. 1)profit taking 2)tax loss selling and 3)the current turbulent market conditions.

There appetite for taking over nice niche companies in what I call the "hippy skippy" segment of the food market looks good. It might just take a while for the earnings to come around.
