It would seem to be me that the Netflix deal is such a piece of evidence.

Isn't Bob Iger on the board of Apple, and didn't he purchase a million bucks worth of AAPL just some weeks ago (his SECOND million-dollar purchase, btw)? It doesn't stand to reason he would do or allow anything that would disadvantage Apple. I'm sure the calculus over any "exclusive" relationship with Netflix will have taken into account Disney's relationship with Apple. Furthermore, Laureen Jobs is a substantial shareholder of DIS, and I don't think she'd take kindly to a decision that would ultimately harm Apple.

Perhaps you're reading too much into this.
