Truth of the matter is that on a per pop basis many companies who have significantly built out the Networks have a lower market valuation. Omnipoint currently trades at around $35 per pop and are well into there buildout. I believe the same goes for Western Wireless and a few others. Time here is critical. Access to foreign capital has been minimized due to the recent problems in foreign equity markets. I think most C-Block wireless companies will pursue a Bankruptcy gameplan in hopes the Gov. restructure payment terms. Nextwave had access to capital but legal delays in receiving their licenses closed that window. Lets hope the FCC gives them a hand. They would be a nice player in the market.
