Nonsense.

Why on earth would you think that?

It is nowhere NEAR "paid for". The only health care program the federal government has EVER run that came in on or under budget was Medicare Part D, and Obamcare destroyed even that.

Medicare, in the course of 35 years (1965-1990), came in an ASTOUNDING 900% OVER BUDGET.

So, what basis do you have to claim that Obamacare is "paid for"?
