Roman: I thought the Gannet deal was a dead duck a long time ago. In
conversation with the President of the Company, he informed me their
sale was to a large retailer in either Texas or Florida (can't remember
which). I think I posted this some time back, just for your information.

On another subject: I see the company has killed the 12/1/97 press
release regarding the new acquisition. New press release is to be
issued soon.
