Keiko & all - actually, Thailand is fairing better b/c there was an awareness 2 or 3 yrs ago. PBS Frontline did a show on it. The AIDS educators actually showed the prostitutes (sorry, just call a spade a spade) how to use condoms. That leads me to think. I don't think the diagnostic test will do well as a customer product. At that lvl, it is prevention that counts - not diagnosis. I think the targets should still be medical professionals, especially mobile units. rgds Bosco
