It is nowhere NEAR "paid for". The only health care program the federal government has EVER run that came in on or under budget was Medicare Part D, and Obamcare destroyed even that. It's ok for you to point out that the estimate could be optimistic and we may have to adjust the payment side of the equation...it's not ok for you to say that the law is not paid for...consider that you could be wrong about the CBO's estimate...as they were on the part D estimate...to the good...that's right...part D...the GOP passed social program that was indeed not paid for...AT ALL...no attempt to pay for it...until the dems fixed that problem.
