Delbrouck,

Let me see if I have a grasp on this concept.

XXXX shares in Float.

MM buy up large blocks at rock bottom price. Then issue Great PRESS and as soon as individual shareholders get in the price goes up and without having had physcial hold on the securities they sell at a handsome profit? Then when the price falls they buy in and the game starts in all over. Is this correct?

Buy having shareholders take position of their shares the MM and brokers can not borrow against stocks held in street. Is this correct?

If all this is true, then it appears the brokerage houses USE our shares of stock just like the bankers use our money on deposit at the banks.

Do I have this correct or twisted or what. I think it would help if someone who is compelely knowledgabel in this area would take time to
lay it all out for those of us who are trying to learn the ins and out of the MM and brokerage firms.

Thanks,

Dusty
