I haven't support Part D, as we couldn't afford it, period. I've only pointed out that it is a model for how government might do health care in a cost-effective manner.

Obamacare destroyed the fiscal integrity of Part D, and it is clear we'll see that cost of that program go through the roof over the next five or ten years due to Obamacare changes.

No president "pays" for these programs. The cost is dumped on our children and their children, a moral outrage. Obama no more "paid" for any of this crap than Bush did. Obamacare will drive the cost of health care up and the quality down until the entire system collapses. It was destined to collapse anyway; it is just a question of how quickly. While the massive tax increases contained in Obamacare will help defray some of its cost, it doesn't do a damned thing to make Medicare any better than it was from a fiscal point of view.
