Obamacare will drive the cost of health care up and the quality down until the entire system collapses. It was destined to collapse anyway; it is just a question of how quickly. While the massive tax increases contained in Obamacare will help defray some of its cost, it doesn't do a damned thing to make Medicare any better than it was from a fiscal point of view.
