Do you understand that that the hard core gang bangers, and abject poor, like the Crips and Bloods, or the poor downtrodden white person, have the same cross section of IQ's as the general public. And that if society works to educate those kids they will not be gang bangers, they will be doctors and lawers and teachers and productive members of society?

And I am sure I have worked every bit as hard as you have, but I still consider myself lucky and obligated to the downtrodden in society. Who were not as lucky.

And you are giving the old right wing Horatio Alger rational for limting welfare. In the 60's we fought the right wing tooth and nail over that bogus elitist idea.

And this idea you have that the lack of Darwinian pressure means we have to ration our welfare is misguided. These morons as you call them, would not be morons if they got adequate help to get educated. And when they get educated they will work harder, not produce as many kids, use welfare or engage in crime as much.

Working hard intellectually and then in the real world, is something one learns how to do.
