Why do we have to pay judges to rule on the constitutionality of vanity license plates? Good grief!

In a lawsuit filed by the ACLU on behalf of pro-abortionists, a federal judge ruled that it was unconstitutional for North Carolina to issue pro-life license plates unless they also issued ones appealing to abortion proponents. A North Carolina Fox affiliate reported:
"U.S. District Court Judge James C. Fox ruled on Friday that North Carolina cannot produce or distribute the 'Choose Life' plate. Judge Fox concluded, 'The State's offering of a Choose Life license plate in the absence of a pro-choice plate constitutes viewpoint discrimination in violation of the First Amendment.' The American Civil Liberties Union of North Carolina Legal Foundation had filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina in Sept. 2011 on behalf of North Carolinians seeking a specialty license plate that supports a woman's right to reproductive freedom."
It's "viewpoint discrimination" if the state doesn't issue "Choose Death" plates as well? How is it unconstitutional not to issue such license plates? Where in the First Amendment does it mandate that every viewpoint be allowed equal representation? If that's the case that the First Amendment mandates that every viewpoint be given equal representation, than what about prayer in schools, teaching creation in schools or hanging the Ten Commandments in court rooms?
Statism is the state-mandated religion that is taught in government schools and the predominant religion on which judges base their decisions. So if they really think that every viewpoint should be equally represented, why is Christianity being systematically outlawed in the civil government and government-run institutions?
And what's with the talk about "reproductive freedom?" If you're pro-life, than you're opposed to "reproductive freedom." Abortion doesn't have anything to do with "reproductive rights." In fact, if they had their way, they wouldn't be able to reproduce at all. Which is what sterilizations are for. If they were honest, they'd say that they want to have the legal right to murder their unborn child when they've determined that the child will make their life inconvenient.
The other issue here is states' rights. A federal judge is mandating that North Carolina either halt its issuance of pro-life license plates or allow pro-abortion plates as well even though the North Carolina state legislature rejected amendments that would have allowed abortion plates:
"Six amendments were proposed in the legislature to authorize an additional new plate that stated either, "Trust Women. Respect Choice," or simply "Respect Choice." The legislature rejected all six amendments."
If a state doesn't want to issue such license plates, it shouldn't have to. And if it wants to issue one but not the other, it should have the freedom to do so.
