In answer to the same quest, yes, Have to concur. I believe higher Iraqi sales are already priced in. The question is now, what if the vote should be unexpectedly against raising the amount Iraq can sell??? Can someone say "show me the money!"

I wouldn't count on this though, I'm still wanting to see good follow through tomorrow in order to convince me we're out of the S-T woods.
