Hi dabum - What's your exposure on telecommunication companies like T, VZ and VOD? I see these companies growing over the next 10 years with the explosion of wireless digital data. I am not sure their dividends will grow as fast but in order for companies to grow their dividends, the company it's self must grow too. The only other sector I see growing their revenue streams over the next 10 years are REITs. I believe for once, landlords will have pricing power to raise rents. Therefore, I am a believer in Realty Income Corp. (O) one that is owned be several posters here and a few other specialized REITs discussed here too. EKS
