April 1, 1998 -- was FBNA's IPO. Which means April 1, 2013 will be the FIFTEENTH anniversary of that momentous day. How 'bout we have a corporate reunion? I'd like an opportunity to actually meet all the weird folks who got involved in the world's first (and best!) highly successful chat thread spoof. If I start saving my pennies now, I could probably fly to just about any city in the USA. I could sell some of my remaining stock and then rent a luxury suite somewhere. Or not. How 'bout if we hold the ceremonies in the breakfast room at a Holiday Inn? Forget about having the reunion in Italy, though. After they revoked my passport, international traveling has been pretty difficult. Maybe she'll fly this way? TED
