Why would any company in their collective "right mind" purchase YMI, when there are good molecules ahead of cyt387 and when 387 effectively looks like a dilute jakafi? 110 will even be ahead of 387, by the time GILD gets 387. Alzheimer's??...... Message 28573294 Investors do not yet realize, IMO, the enormous potential of fine-tuning JAK signals.... of choosing molecules and dosing levels which can control activity of TH1, TH2 and CD25+ cells. And INCY is leading the pack. MF is a GILD smoke screen, they're interested in inflammation.
