Would be interesting to see the YMI patent estate, filed and those not yet made public. Jak selectivity ultimately will get more interesting. The head of chemistry at GILD is a friend of mine. He used to work on the infamous NK-1 receptor and its antagonism, back in the PFE days. He is the idea behind the "booster"component of the HIV quad combo. Very sharp dude. Would love to have his view on this, but I do not. GILD has lottsa money to burn, ie invest on "shots on goal".
