Linda, to be honest I'm stunned by the after-hours activity. Wall Street usually rewards a stock that agressively attacks an inventory problem, particularly if it's an adjustmentment to a more conservative, and therefore predictible channel policy. Besides, there were a number of analysts that expected 3Com to throw out the quarter to fix the problem once and for all, and that's exactly what they did.

I'll be watching very closely at the open for a weak-hand sell off. I may represent an excellent opportunity for a long position, best leveraged with '99 leaps, IMO.
