Alcatel publishes promotional video for their One Touch Windows Phone 7.8 handset December 13, 2012 \| By Surur wmpoweruser.com The Alcatel OneTouch will be hitting the Russian market tomorrow, and to help the device along the company has posted this promotional video, which does not show much of the handset, but does show that, in common with other windows phones, the device will be available in multiple colours. The handset has a 4 inch WVGA screen, 1 Ghz processor, 5 megapixel camera, 512 MB RAM and will be launching at 6990 rubles ($226) and will mainly be hamstrung by having only 4 GB of internal storage (3GB available to the user) without any expansion.
