This market has been working like a charm since Obama walked into office, which really pisses off every republican out there. It should work like a charm for another 4 years til we hit the top of the cyclical recovery in banks and housing. Once that happens, the FED will create the next recession by increasing interest rates from 2016 to 2018. That will still be fine. I don't see the next recession til 2019 or 2020.
