Also I am assuming that a portion of the additional capital that Westcott raised went toward the acquistion that was mentioned here biz.yahoo.com Did Ira happen to mention or does someone else know how much the acqusition cost the shareholders since It appears that the financing was raised through the additional stock. Since the capital was raised after the 3rd quarter, the per share figure would not have included the additional shares. Some one posted the actual income and shares as released and it was calculated on the 1.2+ income and 19+ million shares( sorry didn't have the post # handy). With the additional 5 million shares in the 4th quarter and the company stating that the 4th quarter is the slowest quarter, how are they going to earn .09? Sorry guess I'm clueless. Willing to learn though, its an ever ending process for me. Could someone please explain this to me? In reading my post it appears to me that some people might think I have an axe to grind with this company. Since this is not the case, this will be my last post on this thread. Cary
