It sure makes me wonder if this is not good news rather than bad. It appears to be a needed move, and the timing is really not that bad. COMS will still be making a profit and the ANALysts have changed their estimates consistantly this Qtr., which indicates to me they were not sure of things themselves. I'm sure the price will flop all around, but, long term this looks good. It may even show in March. IMO After all there was just a merger.
