Hi All:

I can't help but comment. Without being specific on my times, I think you'll get the best performance by putting the diskbuff on a drive that is different than the data directory - assuming a scsi controller and optimally Windows NT. I'm not sure how multiple drives would help with an EIDE system unless each drive is on a separate controller.

These comments are based on my belief that only scsi controllers will allow concurrent i/o requests to separate drives and that NT is better than 95 at handling that type of i/o.

I'm always ready to take a lesson so if someone finds fault with what I've said, then please straighten me out.
