Crescent Resources (CRC-V) shareholders approve Coventry merger Nov 14, 2012 - News Release Crescent Resources (CRC-V) is pleased to announce that at the Special Meeting of its Shareholders held, December 13, 2012, the Shareholders approved all resolutions put before its shareholders in connection with the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding securities of Coventry Resources Limited ("Coventry"). The shareholders and option holders of Coventry also approved the Merger at its meetings of shareholders and option holders held today. The closing of the Merger and related matters remain subject to court approval and the other conditions and risk factors described in Crescent's Circular. Further information regarding the close of the Merger will be provided in a subsequent press release as such information becomes available. For further information on the business combination please see News Release dated September 10, 2012.
