Rogers seems no longer to own all their service vehicles but has hired contractors who use theie own vehicles with a Rogers Logo on the side regardless of Colour, usually a PIckUp or Van. That could explain things. Might be bad for the employees but good for the bottom line. The Cable guys make or made quite a bit of money being UNION. cl
