Just what impact do you think all that money printing will have over the next 10 years? What impact has it had since 1971? Just extend that trend. Ironically there are RE opportunities to buy at 1970's prices if you know where to look. No need to mess with anything else but so few talk about this... Buffet is the voice of reason with all the stupidity I hear day after day. Folks will need a place to live, something to eat, clothes to wear, a car to drive...life actually goes on and transactions will continue to take place no matter what. I actually feel for those living in very high cost areas with sky high home prices and debt slavery these days trying to get ahead. Will be a quite tough... Where do you live MM?
