Zicam Zicam has active ingredients of zinc gluconate. It is used in nasal congestion, nasal discharge. Commonly reported side effects of Zicam include smell - impaired, ageusia, hyposmia, taste - impaired, nasal discomfort.
Bleeding from the nose Bleeding from the nose has been reported by people with high blood pressure, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, acne, high blood cholesterol.
