no they don't.

if a company makes 100 million and pay 10 million in salary they are taxed on 90 million.

if a company makes 100 million and pay 10 million in dividends that company is taxed on 100 million

so those dividends are tax at the company rate and tax again at the individual rate. ergo they are taxed twice
