re UNAM - difficult to get control if the company officers indeed control more than 50%. Unless of course, they are willing to sell to Biglari. To me, this seems like a poor choice of a target, but what do I know. I UNAM predict that BH stock tanks some more; I don't think it will be easy to extract value from holding UNAM.

Anyone follow Unico American UNAM, Biglari Holdings recently took a 9.5% stake. Four company officers control 52.65% of company.
