Let me clarify. I have nothing against gun regulations. I object to trying to get rid of the second amendment..that is unnecessary and would be overkill. Politicians should start by enforcing the regulations that already exist....then close some obvious loopholes like not requiring background checks on gun show purchases. Obama promised to do that but, like a lot of things he has promised, it has never happened. But, more important is dealing with mental health issues...because guns (or an alternative) will always exist.
