I'm just an old country boy that don't get ta town very often and just assumed if something was illegal, the offenders would be caught. I want to know who "they" are that's shorting this stock. Frankly, I think the activity is just traders and sellers. The price peaked above $2.00 then backed off the next day. Those who knew the forthcoming news also knew the price was too high and sold out at a profit. Those that didn't know the forthcoming news held till announcement, decided it wasn't so grand and sold out this morning. Seems pretty simple to me.
