Assuming you have that ability...why diversify?????

The reasons all fund managers do is because they know their own limitations! They know that by position trading or investing they expose themselves to the market forces we have been discussing!

....and they know they'd get their butts sued off if they didn't diversify and ended up taking a big hit!
