If investor relations truly said, "a lot of insider's want to buy the stock but have to wait", then that will make them the subject of an SEC investigation and another lawsuit. Is it true? Is it false? Either way, it is a blatant attempt by the company to manipulate the stock and rather stunning considering they have just settled a class action suit. Jack, I hope you bought your shares super cheap.
