What?!?! They can't be forced to buy them back? What are you talking about? These shares were issued on the hinging fact that they do NOT sell them into the public.

If I was a lawyer, I would take this case because I would want a piece of this. This is money in the bank.

This is what I think is going to happen.

1)The company will be awarded the cash amount that the sold shares into the public are worth now.

2)The company will then proceed to buy back those shares.

3)They retire the 50 million, as promised.

C'mon, Binder. Think through the scenario a little bit more.
