Binder: Your 4th paragraph included 4 questions which you acknowlege will probably never be answered, but only #2 and #4 are relevant to the shareholders. Not knowing the answers, how can you possibly make the statements preceding those questions. Do you think EUTRO or the attorneys would procede if this was the lost cause you claim it is? It's not like Eutro has a lot of money to throw around at "lost causes". I personally think we at least stand a chance here. And one day after an informal announcement you're recommending a class action suit? sheeesh rick
