Anyone else a little concerned that the proxy questions only have a vote on the proposal to increase the share count and a option to adjourn the meeting and go out and get more votes if the the proposal is not passed?

After all this delay for the AGM I would have expected to see the standard election of directors and the confirmation of the appointment of the auditors. The appointment and confirmation of the auditor would important given that they had to re-state earnings after not having properly account for some options in a previous earnings report. It would at least dispell an uneasiness on the part of the larger investors in this company.
