Daer Addi,

Thanks for your note. I will try to answer your questions below.

1. During my interview with Bloomberg's back in early November, I indicated that we had added over 20K net customers during October. I had also previously stated during my Q3 conference call with analysts that I felt confidant that we could add 60K net customers during the quarter. Two analysts who cover EarthLink anticipate that we will have around 420K members by the end of this quarter.

2. Fortunately for EarthLink, other than potentially jittery investors, the Asian "scene" offers no impact to EarthLink. Almost 100% of our revenue comes from customers located in North America. I also don't see EarthLink making direct forays into these markets in the next few years.

3. Answering this question would simply be speculation on my part. I think to a great extent that the entire ISP sector has been undervalued over the past years and only recently has there been renewed interest by the investment community at large. EarthLink has had coverage initiated by two firms in the past two months and I anticpate that two other reports will be issued on our company in the coming months. This interest definantly increases the exposure of EarthLink with the financial community. The crux of your question is do I think EarthLink stock will go up or down ... :-). The most I could possibly say is that I am working hard, with all of the rest of EarthLink's employees, to build a company, of which, our members and investors would be proud. If we are successful at this, the stock price takes care of itself over time.

4. Addi, you should call our EarthLink Technical Support line, at (800) 395-8410, preferably during business hours to ask any specific questions about NT4.0. I know that about two percent of EarthLink's customers use NT as their platform and have no problems with our service. EarthLink would love to have you as one of our members.

Good luck with your investment. For the record, EarthLink is my largest holding. :-)
