I'm involved with 2 startup companies and have all of the above in various investments... haven't figured the breakdown and don't care... got accountants for that. <You have time to be bothered to post on internet message boards all day, but you can't be bothered with a tax return¿¿¿¿> LOL, if you look at my posting history I tend to disappear for long periods of time... that will happen again no doubt as factors change. As it is, I happen to be doing a ton of desk work at the moment so I pop on here now for a break... just dreadful isnt' it? As for time to do taxes... why re-invent the wheel, he's been doing them for umpteen years, I just let 'em keep going.... sneaky aren't I??? LOL Uhhh. You do realize... You can't deduct "the kids and herself" off of capital gains¿ Don't you?> Oh, I'm talking "historically" she also workes on and off... part time (Catholic School teacher) ... boy you ARE concerned aren't you! I thought you said you wife does the taxes? Now you have an accountant¿¿> My wife deals with the accountant... since she actually has forms to take care of. Boy thanks for you concern -gggg- . You have no means to be aggressive with your accounting because you have nothing to be aggressive with?> Again... I'm speaking for my entire history... many things have changed on and off.... as I stated (maybe you missed that) I could have been MUCH MORE agressive with my taxes... including tax havens and all that... course now-a-days it's available to many more people from what I understand. Or are you a broke liberal acting like you are a multi-millionaire?< LOL... well, my history here goes back a loooong time... you can root around and see if you think I know what I'm talking about.... you seem pretty interested. Ask Warren Buffet too... he has pretty much the same opinion as me... and he's worth a LOT more. Because it seems that you have no understanding of the tax code?> I have accountants that know that... I can't be bothered. :)) But I HAVE spoken with them... and in a few 'big years" I DO know I was surprised how little I paid in taxes... :)) DAK
