David, I spoke with the CEO yesterday and he mentioned that he just bought more stock. I think it was 8000 shares. The stock may be under pressure because of a reg s financing done awhile back. Those buyers appear to be shorting the stock in order to convert at a lower price. I believe the company may look into the possibilities of getting that stock back and out of their hands if possible. It bounced back from that 2 1/16 quite nicely. Dan
