Another entrant into the MEMS arena: mCube: www.mcube-inc.com I had heard about mCube, but I only recently found this web site. They seem to understand the mobile market in terms of applications, but I didn't find any indication of expertise in actual software products. I will will continue looking. I didn't find any combo chips either. A search through LinkedIn for their employees suggests a GPS effort as well. I would like to see a similar effort by InvenSense to integrate with GPS - at some point.
