the police were probably putting on their swat team armor and hoping the shooter would run out of ammo before they got there. it ain't the 1950s anymore, there are union rules to follow. well......something is very wrong. If this 20 min response proves accurate, there better not be a coverup. I don't trust any govt. organization these days. Recall how the NYC police kept an extreme low profile when 16 shots fired by multiple officers at ONE gunman somehow managed to wound 7 bystanders. Was that idiot Bloomberg incensed? Where was the indignation then?
